The LISSD
Policy Fellowship

Investing in Liberia's next generation of policy leaders.

An experience that shapes a career.

The LISSD Policy Fellowship is one of the institution's most important long-term investments. Each year, 4–12 exceptional young Liberians are selected for a transformative 3–12-month fellowship embedded within LISSD's research programs.

Fellows work alongside senior researchers, contribute to original publications, participate in high-level convenings, and develop the skills and networks that define careers in policy, government, and civic leadership.

Alumni of the fellowship program become LISSD's most powerful long-term ambassadors in government, the private sector, and civil society across Liberia and the diaspora.
